Apartment Building, Bremen 1958-1962 It was intended to mark the position of the shopping centre in the heart of this low-rent housing estate by a building with outstanding features. All the flats face the evening sun in the west and south-west. This 22-storey block, conceived as a dominant feature, is wholly designed to "put its best foot toward".
